In 1847 Cleveland Range started out as a mini retail store that manufactured the “French Steel Range”. Today Cleveland Range is notably the only manufacturing company that specializes in steam cooking equipment. Currently part of the Manitowoc Foodservice Development Center, Cleveland is currently specializing in three product lines. One of their lines includes commercial kettles which come in a variety of gallon capacities and models. Spec choices include automatic ignition, electronic ignition or a power on/off switch.
