Refrigerator models have operating temperatures that can be adjusted from 28 °F to 50 °F (-2.22 to 10 °C) to suit both meat and dairy storage requirements. Performance is guaranteed at ambient temperatures of 110 °F. Refrigerators feature forced air circulation for rapid cool down and even temperature uniformity. Electrolux Refrigerators are constructed from the highest quality AISI 304 stainless steel. They have an external digital temperature display. The interior is light and refrigerators feature a lockable door. These “Smart” refrigerators notify when temperatures exceed critical limits. All events are recorded, displaying date and time of all events. “SMART” defrost is activated only when necessary thanks to a four-probe control mechanism and a patented algorithm for ice detection. If a probe breaks, it remembers its performance from the last 24 hours and continues to work. In this way food is safe while service can be called. Owners can select from different food categories just by pushing a button. By doing this they can set the appropriate temperature and humidity.
