This convection oven is small but has a lot to offer. In my opinion the oven doesn't have to be big to give me great results so this oven is a such a good buy. It also doesn't take up a lot of space in our kitchen at all.

I bake 60 patties a day,a six day week,i would like to know which oven would suit my needs?.I do have a space issue ,hence half to quarter size would be appropiate
We would recommend one that has more watts, The COH-3100WPRO is a better candidate for the usage you are describing.
