Free Freight

Free Freight means free shipping for equipment purchases to anywhere in the United States, except Hawaii and Alaska (Manitowoc includes free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and most of Canada).

Canadian Customers the shipping is free; however you will be responsible for all duties and taxes once the unit arrives at the border. Please arrange with a Clearing House to have the unit(s) cleared though customs. If you do not have a Clearing House, please call us at (800) 555-0666 and we will give you our Clearing House. The Clearing House must be paid independently of your cKitchen Order.

You will be responsible for taking your equipment off the truck when it arrives (unless you add Lift-Gate or Inside Delivery at Checkout).

Important note! There is a $50 charge to customers shipping (over 70 lbs or item larger than 48”) to a residential address. This is due to the additional charge assessed by the commercial freight carriers for such deliveries (excludes Manitowoc Ice Machines).

We only collect sales tax for orders shipped to NY.
Please note, certain manufacturers require a minimum order. Minimum order requirements will show up in the shopping cart. (Typically, $100 - $150)
