Meat Tenderizing

Meat Tenderizing is a wonderful food preparation technique that can drastically improve the texture and taste of your meat.  Tenderizing can be done either manually with a hammer or with an electrical machine.  Both are designed specifically to flatten meat and break apart the collagens naturally found in meat.  When meat is properly tenderized and later seasoned it holds the seasoning better and the result is delicious tasting meat.
