Good product. There is a disconnect between the sales department and the engineering department. Sales provided a video of a much lighter unit than was purchased showing two men and a lady setting unit on top of cooler box. It actually took two men and a fork lift as it weighed several hundred pounds. Sales rep also told us there was an electrical cord on the unit and only needed to be plugged in. It actually took an electrician to run two separate circuits. Be sure you know what you are getting.

Absolutely above and beyond expectation. I have never has a more prepared or responsive experience with a online dealer and I have ordered many times from others. Top notch! *** is unmatched and Ckitchen is a pleasure to do business with.

Only area for improvement is the lead time from vendors. Website says items are in stock but most of the larger equipment has a lengthy lead time. Regarding customer support, I am highly satisfied. I would definitely recommend Ckitchen.
