The Champion 110 FFPW E-Series Champion Dishwasher with Prewash is an extremely efficient ENERGY STAR® qualified rack Conveyor Type Dishwasher with advanced features to deliver the best results. This unit is designed to handle up to 356 racks per hour while only using water at a rate of 131 GPH.
If your establishment has heavily soiled wares this dishwasher has what you need. A 1 HP pump motor provides plenty of pressure for the prewash to remove grime from wares before being loaded into the wash chamber while an external prewash scrap basket conveniently catches the waste for easy disposal
The dish machine is controlled and monitored via the top-mounted Prodigy HMI display. Visual guidance is provided by a user-friendly touch interface for operation and cleaning. The control panel also has self-diagnostics to quickly identify issues and will recommend the necessary repairs. When proactive maintenance need to be run the system will let users know.
18” x 26” sheet pans easily fit inside this dishwashing machine thanks to it’s 20” of vertical clearance. Racks are moved by a perpetual rack advance system with an intuitive jam alert that prevents damage. Each rack is automatically positioned inside the wash zone for optimal washing.
To keep users safe door safety switches come standard. The doors open to 180° providing easy access. The washer is constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel to stand up to the rigors of daily use.
To maintain high pressure for washing and rinsing this unit uses two independent 3 HP pump motors. To prevent the pump from running unnecessarily, this unit has the energy sentinel system. A heated wash tank with automatic fill maintains water temperature between loads while rinse water is heated by a booster to keep it at a sanitary temperature.
