Enjoy the ability to keep a variety of warm dishes at ideal serving temperatures throughout the day using the Delfield N8776-R drop-in hot food well with four (4) 12" x 20" x 6" pan compartments. Built to keep up with busy commercial kitchens, this unit boasts an 18-gauge stainless steel top and galvanized exterior. This food well is designed to fit in a 30.75" x 25" cutout.

Each compartment operates on a 1000-watt heating element and can be controlled with an individual temperature control installed on a single control panel. A press-fit flange gasket holds the pans tightly so they don’t move around for safe and easy access and a professional-looking setup. The gasket is non-marring so it won’t damage pans and other tools used during operation.

The fiberglass insulation on this unit makes for added structural integrity and energy efficiency. The slight depression of the well helps collect condensation while the 0.5" stainless steel drain allows for easy removal.

This Delfield N8776-R drop-in hot food well meets all cUL, UL, and NSF guidelines. This unit uses 4000 to 4800 watts and requires a 208-230v/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection. It is rated at 20 to 22 amps. A 4' long wiring and conduit are supplied along with a three-wire electrical junction box for hardwiring.

Specifications:

Top shall be one-piece 18-gauge stainless steel, with die-stamped 19.87" x 11.87" (50.5cm x 30.2cm) openings with depressed edges. Formed well below each opening shall be 6.25" (15.9cm) deep. Each well shall have an individual temperature control and 1000 watt heating element attached to bottom of well. Each well shall be equipped with a .5" female N.P.T. drain located in right rear corner. All drains manifold to a .5" gate valve at the left. Exterior housing shall be 20-gauge galvanized steel. Unit shall be insulated on sides and between wells with 1.00" (2.5cm) fiberglass; bottom shall have 2.00" (5.1cm) blanket insulation. Unit shall have all individual controls wired to a control panel for mounting in counter or at a remote location; 4' (1.2 m) length of wiring and conduit are provided. Unit shall have a three-wire electrical junction box to allow hardwiring at installation. Optional Energy Saving Power wells (ESP) are individually equipped with a heated pad on bottom and sides of well rated at 500 watts for 208-230V or 240V. ESP wells provided with individual solid state digital temperature control wired to one main control panel with 4’ of conduit and wire. This option reduces energy usage.
