Electrolux 169110 Description
The Electrolux Professional 169110 (AFFG36) EMPower Convection Oven Base is a thermostatically controlled 150°F to 600°F unit with 41,000 BTU/hr of power that can hold three (3) 18”x26” sheet pans. This Commercial Convection Oven is designed to be used in conjunction with other EMPower kitchen equipment. Many styles of cooktops in various sizes are available to mount on top of this unit to suit the needs of your restaurant. Choosing Electrolux Professional EMPower kitchen equipment allows restaurant owners to fully customize their kitchen with all the equipment they need and configure the equipment in the most space-efficient and ergonomic way for their use case.
This unit would pair great with an Electrolux Professional 169108 (ASG36) EMPower Restaurant Range, or the combination of an Electrolux Professional 169114 (ARG48FL) EMPower Restaurant Range Griddle and an Electrolux Professional 169101 (ACG12) EMPower Restaurant Range Boiling Top.
The cavity of the oven is 26-29/32” wide, 26-15/32” front-to-back, and 14-57/64” in height and is coated in vitreous enamel. Inside the cavity is a bi-functional fan that can be synchronized to work with the burner or work continuously. Included with the oven are three 93) stainless steel tray racks.
The unit features electric ignition and a 100% safety pilot light with a thermocouple. The heavy-duty chrome-plated knob for adjusting the temperature turns smoothly and is easy to clean and highly durable.
The front and sides of this unit are made from stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish for aesthetics, ease of cleaning and longevity. The worktop is made from corrosion-resistant 304 AISI stainless steel. The unit stands on removable 6” legs that are height adjustable.
The standard configuration of this unit uses natural gas as its fuel source but can be converted in the field to use propane with the included conversion kit. A gas pressure regulator as well as the main shut off valve. The unit is powered by standard 120v/60/1-ph electricity and draws 2.0 amps.
