Electrolux 169111 Description
The Electrolux Professional 169111 (ARG12FL) EMPower Restaurant Range Griddle is a unit that provides a smooth 22-⅝” x 11-¾” griddling surface that works in conjunction with other EMPower kitchen equipment. The EMPower product range from Electrolux Professional allows restaurant owners to select key components of just the right size in the configuration that best suits their restaurant’s needs. This allows for efficient use of space and an ergonomic design that provides operators with a workstation that is easy to manage and intuitive to use. This small griddle unit is perfect for establishments that don’t need a large griddle top and allows it to be installed right next to other key components such as a boiling top or charbroiler. For safety, a flame failure device prevents the flame from being extinguished accidentally.

Worktop Material: AISI 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
Finish: Easy to clean Scotch Brite finish will last for many years in a commercial environment.
Gas Type: By default, this griddle ships configured to utilize natural gas but can be configured to utilize propane with the included kit.
