Electrolux 169114 Description
The Electrolux Professional 169114 (ARG48FL) EMPower Restaurant Range Griddle is a large unit with four independently controllable sections. The cooking surface is a smooth 1” thick mild steel plate that heats evenly and recovers quickly. This griddle is part of Electrolux’s EMPower product line which allows restaurant owners to select the exact modular equipment they need and configure their kitchen into a cohesive and efficient workspace. Space is often limited in commercial establishments and the EMPower kitchen equipment lineup can bring out the most out of every square inch of available space. This griddle has a large smooth cooking surface that can be the workhorse of a restaurant that specializes in burgers. This unit can be installed on top of a refrigerator base for easy access to patties and next to it a small charbroiler unit can be used to put the finishing touches on a burger.
Each burner comes standard with a flame failure device preventing the flame from inadvertently being extinguished.

Gas Type: By default the griddle ships to use natural gas but the included conversion kit allows for reconfiguration.
