The Electrolux Professional 169119 (AGG12) EMPower Restaurant Range Commercial Charbroiler provides a small-footprint modular unit for integration with other EMPower range equipment. If your restaurant doesn’t serve a lot of charbroiled items on the menu but you would still like to provide the versatility and unique taste that it applies to food this small unit might be the perfect unit for your use case. For instance, with the use of a mid-size EMPower griddle and one of these charbroilers right next to it, burgers can be easily fried up and finished off on a charbroiler without taking up too much space. The EMPower product line from Electrolux provides restaurant owners with a variety of options to meet their kitchens’ specific needs.
