The Electrolux Professional 169121 (AGG36) EMPower Restaurant Range Charbroiler is a full-size unit for restaurants that cater to larger batches of charbroiled cooking. This Commercial Charbroiler is a modular unit designed to fit perfectly with other EMPower range equipment. The EMPower range of kitchen equipment provides restaurant owners with a range of equipment sizes that will fit together to provide their kitchen with the equipment they need in just the right place and configuration. For instance, this charbroiler can be mounted on top of a refrigerated base for easy access to food and ingredients and a dual burner boiling top next to it can be used for sauces. Each kitchen has its own specific requirements and Electrolux’s EMPower range of products is here to surpass them.

Burner Configuration: Triple.

Burner Output: 33,000 BTU/hr.

Total Output: 99,000 BTU/hr.

Radiants: Separated into 6” sections for removal without tools allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance. The radiants feature cast iron construction.

Flame Protection: Accidental flame extinguishment on the burners is prevented by the standard flame failure device.

Controls: Three temperature knobs provide precise control over temperature and are finished with stylish and easy to clean chrome plating.

Grease Collection: A stainless steel grease trough that runs the full width of the charbroiler allows for grease to be easily guided into the three  ½-gallon grease drawers. Each drawer features a small hole to indicate when it is full.

Worktop Material:  AISI 304 stainless steel.

Finish: Scotch Brite.

Gas Type: This charbroiler uses natural gas by default. A conversion kit is included if it needs to be powered by propane.
