As part of Electrolux Professional’s EMPower product line, this Commercial Pasta Cooker is modular and designed to fit with other EMPower equipment. These modular units allow a restaurant owner to customize their kitchen’s layout with equipment of different sizes for efficient use of space
Aside from cooking pasta, this unit can be used to cook all sorts of noodles, rice, vegetables, soups, and even dumplings.
The control knobs on this unit are chrome-plated for heavy-duty use and turn smoothly for precise control. The inclusion of a gas cock and water tap make operating the unit convenient. Reliable ignition on this unit is provided by the 100% safety pilot light. A stainless steel door conceals gas and water connections while providing easy access to the gas ignition and water drain valve.
The exterior front and side panels of this unit are made from durable stainless steel and feature an easy to clean Scotch Brite finish. The worktop of this model is made of 304 AISI stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The water basin is made from seamlessly welded tough AISI 316L stainless steel. The unit stands on 6” height-adjustable legs that are removable. The total dimensions of this unit are 29-½” in height, 31-½” front-to-back, and 16” in width.
Although this unit is configured to utilize Natural Gas a conversion kit is included as standard equipment for field conversion to Liquid Propane Gas.
