The Electrolux Professional 169138 (AN8) EMPower Restaurant Range Work Top is an 8” unit specifically made to be integrated with an EMPower modular base unit such as a refrigerated or cupboard base. The EMPower product line from Electrolux gives restaurant owners a large selection of modular kitchen equipment that can be mixed and matched to cater to the specific needs of their kitchen. When designed properly, a kitchen kitted out with EMPower modular units can be designed to match the workflow in a kitchen making work easier and faster.
The AISI 304 stainless steel used in the construction of this unit is 2mm thick to make it tough enough to last for several years in a commercial environment.
