The Electrolux Professional 169152 (AFG36) EMPower Restaurant Range Static Oven Base is a full-size unit capable of 34,000 BTU and can fit two (2) 18” x 16” sheet pans. This model is part of the Electrolux Professional EMPower line and fits with other equipment from the line perfectly. The EMPower product line up allows operators to fully customize their kitchen with modular units to maximize the use of their space in an ergonomic fashion that can streamline workflow.

This static oven base is very similar to the unit found in the 169135 (ACFG36T) EMPower Restaurant Range without the six (6) burner cooktop. This model allows you to choose the EMPower units you want like a pairing of the Electrolux Professional 169119 (AGG12) EMPower Restaurant Range Charbroiler and the Electrolux Professional 169112 (ARG24FL) EMPower Restaurant Range Griddle for a griddling and broiling setup with an oven below it. Or the Electrolux Professional 169108 (ASG36) EMPower Restaurant Range if your kitchen needs a French top range.

The oven cavity is coated in vitreous enamel and measures 19-½” wide, 26-¾” front-to-back, and 14-15” in height. The oven is evenly heated with a unique baffle installed above the burner. The oven is capable of temperatures between 158°F and 590°F. The oven comes with two (2) stainless steel tray racks. The chrome-plated knobs turn smoothly for precise control and easy cleaning

The front and side panels of this unit are made from stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish for aesthetics, ease of cleaning and longevity. The worktop is made from corrosion-resistant 304 AISI stainless steel. The unit stands on removable 4” legs that are height adjustable. The overall dimensions for this unit are 36-1/32” in width, 31-49/64” front-to-back, and 35-23/64” in height.

This unit ships configured for natural gas and comes with a propane conversion kit. A gas pressure regulator, as well as the main shut off valve, come standard.
