This Salad Dryer features simple operation with its waterproof on/off buttons and a built-in 5-minute timer. The hinged cover provides access to the included 20-gallon plastic drying inner basket. The drying basket features a gripped handle for easy loading and unloading. This vegetable dryer features an electronic braking system that stops the basket rotation quickly whenever the lid is opened or when the drying cycle has ended.
The exterior of the device is a stainless steel drum and is easily moved to and from work stations on three (3) locking casters. This unit uses a ½ HP motor that rotates the internal basket at 400 RPM.
The external dimensions of this unit are 26-9/16” in width, 26-9/16” front-to-back, and 32-1/64” in height. This vegetable dryer uses standard 120v/60/1-ph power and uses 2.7 amps at full load with an included 8’ cord with a 5-15P plug.
