The Globe GFF35G Floor Fryer is a 35-40 lbs capacity model that utilizes natural gas to power its three tubes with cast iron burners that can provide up to 90,000 BTU/hr. This unit is well suited for establishments with low to mid-volume capacity frying with an output of up to 60 lbs of fresh-cut fries and 50 lbs of frozen fries per hour. The burners are controlled by a Robertshaw® millivolt gas valve and thermostat that is adjustable between 200 and 400 degrees and provides the fryer with fast recovery times and excellent temperature retention. Globe's Floor Model Gas Fryers are reliable pieces of equipment that are designed to keep up with the demands of busy commercial kitchens day in and day out.

Below the heat transfer area is a cold zone designed to prolong the life of oil by trapping food particles and preventing them from carbonizing. The fry tank also features a large foam zone to keep excessive amounts of moisture from remaining in the oil which can affect the flavor of food being fried.
