The Globe GFF50PG Floor Fryer is configured to use liquid propane and has 50 lbs of oil capacity, making it perfect for establishments that need to fry large amounts of food quickly. The 120,000 BTU/hr of heat energy these Floor Model Gas Fryer can generate is harnessed by a thermostat with a Robertshaw® millivolt gas valve that can accurately maintain a cooking temperature between 200 and 400 degrees. This allows the oil temperature to recover quickly for continuous workflow making sure orders are completed as fast as possible even during hours of peak demand. To keep everyone in the kitchen safe a high limit thermostat is installed in this unit that will automatically shut it off if the temperature exceeds the safety threshold.

The fryer can be mounted on 6’ long 2-½” diameter adjustable steel legs for a stationary installation or on a set of 4 casters for a more mobile platform; both options are included with this floor fryer. Two nickel chrome wire mesh fry baskets are included for convenience.
