The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker that features a water cooled condenser and is rated to produce up to 994 lbs of ice every 24 hours under ideal water and air temperatures. For this unit, the production of 100 lbs of ice requires 140 gallons of water for cooling the condenser, 19 gallons of water to freeze into ice, and 4.1 kWh of power. This ice machine model is configured to use 208-230v/60/3-ph power at 8.5 amps. The ice produced by this unit is half-dice in size and is ideal for a myriad of different cooling tasks from ice displays to being served with beverages.

BPA-free parts in the Plastic Food Zone utilize snap-together construction for easy maintenance without any tools. These plastic parts are recyclable and dishwasher safe. Key components are coated with Agion® to prevent bacteria from taking over and adding a strange taste to ice. The protective coating also allows this ice cuber to go for longer periods of time between cleanings.
