Specifications:
Model #3070 shall have two each drop-in cooking stoves with built-in controls. Two types of stoves shall be available - induction (120V 1500W), and propane (9,000 BTU/hr.). Induction stoves shall be ETL listed. Units with induction stoves shall require 30 amp service. Base interior shall be stainless steel for ease of cleaning and sanitation with a choice of decorative laminate finish. Interior compartments shall have two each adjustable and removable pull-out shelves, and three sets of 5-1/2” wide universal ledges that are height-adjustable and removable to accommodate sheet pans, full-size steam table pans and plastic food boxes. Top surface shall be heat resistant solid resin finish and include a recessed area that holds a 10” x 12” eutectic refrigerated bin (included). Unit shall have four each recessed 5” Lake-Glide® all swivel non-marking cushion tread casters, two each with brake.
