This 30" wide water-cooled IDF-0900W ice machine simplifies the ice making process for businesses and establishments with commercial demand by producing up to 839 lbs of dice ice cubes daily. This ice maker has a rugged DuraTech exterior that will help minimize signs of gradual degradation and physical damage from heavy use. For efficient cleaning, the foodzone parts are removable without the use of tools and are accessible from the front. AlphaSan antimicrobial technology is also used on key internal components to protect from bacterial contamination.
