Coming in at 36” wide, this range unit has a small footprint while delivering reliable service. Stainless steel is used on the front, back riser, sides, legs, and lift-off high shelf to make sure it will last for years to come.

Restaurant Gas Ranges from Vulcan are specifically designed to provide a reliable platform that operators can trust to serve for many years.
This range comes with six open top burners and to save on gas while increasing reliability, Vulcan uses an innovative shrouded flash tube pilot system. This protects the pilot from being put out from spills and boilovers while cutting the amount of gas burned by the pilots in half by having one pilot for every two burners. With 12"x12" cast grates and lift-off burner heads, these open top burners are easy to maintain and clean.
The standard ovens at the base of this range have cavities measuring 26-¾” wide, 26” deep and 13-¾” in height. Each cavity comes with a single rack that can be set to four different positions to get the desired results. The doors feature a compression spring system for durability and ease of operation. Both ovens have thermostats that can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
