This 60” range model features stainless steel construction on its sides, high shelf, front, and back riser.
The Vulcan SX series provides users with a cost-effective solution that doesn’t compromise on quality. With some of the best bang-for-the-buck available on the market, this range is an excellent choice for restaurants that need a medium-duty range that will serve for years without issue. To prevent the ten open top burners from consuming too much gas each pair of burners is covered by a flash tube pilot. This shrouded design also prevents the pilots from going out from spills and boilovers. Lift-off burner heads and 12"x12" cast grates make for simple maintenance and durability you can rely on.
The standard ovens at the base of this range have cavities measuring 26-¾” wide, 26” deep and 13-¾” in height. Each cavity comes with a single rack that can be set to four different positions to get the desired results. The doors feature a compression spring system for durability and ease of operation. These ovens have thermostats that can be set from 250°F to 500°F.
