The SX60F-6B24GN SX Series Restaurant Range from Vulcan uses natural gas and offers a cooktop with a griddle and open top burners on a standard oven base. Coming in at 60" in width this range model provides balances versatility with the available space to get you the equipment you need in a durable and reliable platform that will last for years to come.
The SX series of Restaurant Ranges from Vulcan offer operators with high-value options with excellent quality. This range is designed for medium-duty use and will easily perform without issue for several years. The range is designed to be durable yet aesthetically pleasing making it a real joy to use.
This range's six open top burners feature Vulcan's flash tube pilot system which protects the pilots from boilovers and spills. This system uses a single pilot for every two burners which also reduces the amount of gas consumed over time. The simple lift-off burners are easy to clean and accessing them is simple since the 12"x12" cast grates also lift-off.
The 24” wide griddle provides users with plenty of room to move and work with food to get the best results. For quick recovery and start-up times, the griddle plate is ¾” thick eliminating hot and cold spots for efficient and even heating of food. An external 3” grease trough on the right side of the range makes it easy to manage grease and dispose of it quickly.
The standard ovens at the base of this range have cavities measuring 26-¾” wide, 26” deep and 13-¾” in height. Each cavity comes with a single rack that can be set to four different positions to get the desired results. The doors feature a compression spring system for durability and ease of operation. Both ovens have thermostats that can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
