For commercial kitchens that need a gas-heated countertop griddle designed for medium use, the VCRG36-T Griddle from Vulcan is one of the best options available on the market. This griddle comes complete with thermostatic controls and a griddle plate that’s 36” wide. The polished steel griddle plate is 1” thick allowing it to easily retain heat from the U-shaped burners. The thick griddle plate also evens out the heat produced by the burners eliminating hot and cold spots on the cooking surface.

With three temperature control knobs, this griddle provides accurate control over multiple zones and can be set from 200°F to 450°F to get the results you need. For even heat distribution the three 25,000 BTU/hr U-shaped aluminized steel burners are spaced 12” apart.

For durability, this griddle features stainless steel sides, front, and front top ledge making cleaning simple. The chassis features fully welded aluminized steel for a secure structure. Grease is easily removed from the griddle top and into a large 4-½ qt. grease can. The can is easy to remove for emptying from the front of the unit.

This unit has a 12-½” cooking height and stands on adjustable 4” legs to make sure it stands level on the countertop.
