Vulcan VCRG48-M Description
Are you looking for a countertop griddle that can keep up with your busy commercial kitchen’s needs? The Vulcan VCRG48-M Griddle is a medium-duty countertop griddle coming in at 48” wide that can keep up with the busiest kitchens. This griddle features a 1” thick polished steel griddle plate for excellent heat retention and to evenly distribute heat from the U-shaped burners.
To independently control the temperature over separate sections of the griddle plate four infinite heat control valves are included. With four 25,000 BTU/hr U-shaped aluminized steel burners spaced 12” apart heat is applied to the griddle plate evenly.
The stainless steel exterior sides, front, and front ledge make sure this unit will maintain its looks for years to come while keeping it easy to clean. For durability, the chassis is made from fully welded aluminized steel. This griddle has a 4-½ qt. capacity grease can to hold grease and debris from the cooktop. The grease can is easy to remove from the front of the griddle making it simple and convenient to empty.
This griddle is mounted on adjustable 4” legs to make keeping it level easy and its cooking height is 12-½”.
This griddle requires 100,000 BTU/hr of gas input and comes with a ¾” rear gas connection.
