Low Temp Cook-Hold Mobile Cabinet, full size, heating system with low air circulation, standard thermostatic controls 350°F range, includes temperature probe, capacity (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans & 200 lbs., (2) dutch solid doors, stainless steel interior & exterior, 5" casters (2) rigid & (2) swivel with brakes, cULus, UL EPH Classified, IPX4
