The Bakers Pride Y-600BL gas deck oven features an 8" tall cooking cavity with a sizable 1.5" thick Lightstone fibrament deck that measures 60" wide and 36" deep. Perfect for high-volume pizza cooking, this commercial pizza oven delivers a whopping 120,000 BTU per hour. 

This deck-type pizza oven beautiful and easy-to-clean stainless steel exterior finish and aluminized steel interior. You can stack one more oven and increase your daily capacity without using up any more floor space, thanks to the sturdy 0.25" angle fully welded iron frame.

Operating at the perfect temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, this commercial deck-type oven features micro slide controls that help you adjust the heat at the top and the bottom so you can get the perfect crust and toppings. The Lightstone fibrament deck paired with a brick-lined ceiling enhances heat retention, helping you reduce gas consumption while still meeting your daily demand. The flame diverters inside the burner chamber ensure that you get consistent quality across the entire deck. 

The doors add insulation to help maintain uniform temperatures, and they have a spring balance mechanism so you won’t have to carry the actual weight of the doors when opening, making operation safer and more ergonomic. 

Gas controls including the valve, regulator, and pilot safety are all accessible from the front of the oven to further simplify operation. The 3/4" NPT gas connection is found either on the left side or the rear. The entire unit is supported by a set of four (4) steel solid Bakertone legs.
