A tried-and-true baking powerhouse, this 84" wide heavy-duty pizza deck oven is the most popular pizza oven by Bakers Pride designed to produce perfectly baked pies that the most discerning connoisseurs would love!

This commercial pizza oven has a stainless steel exterior with excellent wear-and-tear resistance that will keep it looking spick and span even at nominal scrubbing. The inside is constructed with aluminized steel that offers great durability and amazing heat resistance. Four (4) 30" tall legs are made of heavy-duty steel and durable Bakertone to offer a strong foundation to the entire oven.

This commercial deck-type oven generates a total BTU of 120,000. A 66" wide, 44" deep, 2" thick FibraMent hearth deck is fitted inside a spacious 7.5" cooking chamber, allowing you to bake pizzas in bulk. This Lightstone material holds and spreads heat efficiently to avoid cold spots, perfecting each product in every session. The oven operates at a temperature range of 300 °F to 650 °F, which you can manipulate with precision using the microslide heat controls. The cooking chamber is fully insulated down to the spring-loaded doors to retain heat inside and cooler temperatures outside.

Top and bottom heating can be controlled separately so you can tailor the baking process to the individual products and get the desired results every time. Flame diverters distribute the flame throughout the chamber so every product gets enough heat to cook properly. These flame diverters even slide out so you can remove and access them with little effort. The brick-lined ceiling assists in speeding up the baking and recovery while bringing out the flavor of your toppings to produce a delectable pie! 

Configured for natural gas or liquid propane cooking, this commercial pizza oven features combination gas controls with valve, regulator, and pilot safety that are concealed effectively but still easy to access when needed.  The 3/4" NPT gas connection is found on the left side or the rear. If you need more output, this model allows out to stack the unit using the fully welded 0.25" heavy-duty iron frame.

The Bakers Pride Y-800BL Super Deck Series pizza deck oven allows natural gas and liquid propane cooking. It has NSF and CSA certifications for guaranteed safe use and performance.
