The best thing about this coffee maker is that it is not at all complicated to use. Great coffee can be made in just a few short minutes! Needs quite a lot of power so keep that in mind

This is an excellent coffee brewer! Great performance and quality for the price. Great for meeting high demand. Make sure that you don't warm the coffee too long to avoid any change in taste

5 stars for the coffee maker. It takes up very little room in the kitchen. No water line, no plumbing needed. Plug it in and make all the coffee you want! Great customer service too, and that's another well-deserved 5 stars in my book!

There's 3 warmers on this coffee brewer, enough to keep a large group of people fully caffeinated! Simple design and operation. It makes everything so much smoother. This machine will be very helpful in a busy environment

Wish I had this coffee maker a long time ago, so much better than the one we had. Love that it fits 3 warmers, keeps multiple pots ready in so little space. Quality is great too, very durable.

The coffee machine is set up in the cafeteria, where it's probably serving no fewer than 100 people on a daily basis. And it is never really behind. The brewing time is so short and the coffee comes out amazing!

Very quick brewing. A fresh pot of coffee is ready in just around 3 minutes. Even better, this one fits 3 warmers in a tight space. This was exactly what we needed a long time ago. It instantly solved our problem with keeping up with the high demand. Very happy with it!

Convenient to use, simple design, and just what we need to prepare a good amount of coffee. We can have both caffeinated and decaf coffee at the same time with this coffee machine.
