36E Series Heavy Duty Fryer, electric, 18" W, 30 lb. fat capacity, nickel-plated steel fry tank, lift-up elements with safety lock, thermostatic control, front rail and 3" vent riser, stainless steel front and sides, 6" legs, 12kW, CSA, NSF (Garland)
