Glo-Ray® Hors D'Oeuvre Warmer, countertop unit with heated base, infrared top heat, buffet style sneeze guard, lighted rocker switch, 820 watts, CE, cULus, UL EPH Classified, Made in USAThe GRHW-1P hors d’oeuvres warmer is a compact but reliable companion that lets you display fresh hot finger foods and appetizers to entice customers and increase your impulse sales. This unit has a heated base measuring 21 inches wide and 13.75 inches deep. It is thermostatically controlled to help you hold most foods at longer times. The top is fitted with an additional tubular heating element with a metal sheath that delivers prefocused infrared heat to the outer parts of the holding surface for even heating.
There is a plexiglass shield that aids in maintaining the safety of the food by creating a physical barrier between people and the food while still ensuring everything is in full view with the help of the two incandescent bulbs with shatter-resistant design to protect from breakage. A lighted rocker switch allows you to turn the unit on and off quickly so you can get to work and wrap it all up in a snap.
