The Univex SBDR22 Bun Divider/Rounder is a semi-automatic unit that presses, cuts and forms buns in one work cycle. This unit produces 22 1.7 oz to 6.3 oz portions at a time and can output 2,600 pieces per hour.

Using Dough Dividers / Rounders are quite simple. A weighed piece of dough is placed onto a 22 division tray (3 included) and pressed. The tray is then locked in place on the forming table. The pressure handle is then lowered half-way to compress the dough, then the dividing handle is actuated and the pressure handle is lowered completely. The divided dough is then formed by lowering the forming handle. The unit will continue forming the pieces until the forming handle is released.

The exterior of the unit is made from painted steel and will last for many years in an industrial environment. The exterior dimensions are 26-½” in width, 79-⅞” in height (including the pressure handle), and 22-¼” front-to-back. The unit is kept level with simple to use leveling feet. 220v/60/3-ph power is used on this unit and it draws 4.0 amps at full load.
