With Randell's commercial drop-in food wells, you can serve cold soups, fruits, salads, sushi, and desserts at the right temperature at your food service establishment. We supply these refrigerated food wells in self-contained straight and curved cold pan models. Depending on the model, they can accommodate 1 to 6 pans. They are made of a stainless steel interior and exterior and include a 1" drainage outlet for convenient cleaning. Randell drop-in food wells, equipped with single and dual air circulation louvered panels, are situated underneath the body on a swivel base. They use an eco-friendly 290 refrigerant. They can maintain a temperature of 41°F and contain foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to ensure even refrigeration of food items.
Additionally, we provide a selection of Randell drop-in hot meal well units designed to keep food warm for hours without compromising on quality.
