Hatco FSHC-17W2 Flav-R-Savor® Glass Door Mobile Pass-Thru Heated Holding Cabinet, 120 Volts

Make your operation more productive with this pass-thru FSHC-17W2 mobile food holding cabinet by Hatco. This unit has a holding capacity of 17 sheet pans and with the adjustable universal slides can also fit as many as 34 steam table pans. It is constructed with stainless steel, which means it doesn’t rust, corrode, stain, or wear out easily. There are two (2) Lexan doors each with a glass window that lets you see the contents at all times. They can easily adapt to any layout thanks to the heavy-duty field-reversible hinges. The doors also have gaskets that keep the hot air in and cold air out so that the holding temperature does not fluctuate. 

Products can be warmed at 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, making it a versatile piece of equipment that can hold products at ideal serving temperatures and double as a reliable proofer. The cabinet is predominantly insulated so that heat does not transfer to the outside.

This holding cabinet has a refillable 7.5-liter water reservoir that allows you to inject humidity when needed so you can hold food much longer without drying it out or affecting the taste and texture. There is an electronic control knob for both the temperature and humidity for precise thermostatic adjustment, affording you the flexibility that will help you hold different types of food safely and efficiently. You can roll the unit to various parts of your establishment with the two rigid and two locking 5" swivel casters attached to the base of the cabinet.

• FSHC-12W models have 12-sheet pan capacity on 3" (76 mm) centers, adjustable on 1.5" (38 mm) centers, with 12 universal pan slides, designed to accommodate up to 12 sheet pans, or up to 24 steam table pans.
