The Hobart 6460C-6 vegetable peeler is a correctional unit that's capable of peeling 50-60 lbs of potatoes and other root vegetables in 1-3 minutes with an abrasive, silicon-carbide disc. This vegetable peeler features a durable, welded stainless steel construction, Lexan liner, V-belt drive, lockable controls, and tamper-resistant fasteners. This unit also includes a synchronous timer, adjustable from 30 seconds to 4 minutes. This commercial peeler is powered by a 1 HP motor and requires a 115v/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection.
