Hobart 6115-1 Description
The Hobart 6115-1 vegetable peeler is a portable unit that's capable of peeling 15-20 lbs of potatoes in 1-3 minutes with an abrasive, silicon-carbide disc. This peeler features a synchronous timer that's adjustable from 1/2 minute to 5 minutes, a double V-belt drive, a stainless steel peel trap, and a Lexan liner. This peeler is constructed of welded stainless steel with a rear-mounted, air-gap water inlet. This commercial peeler is powered by a 1/3 HP motor and uses a 115v/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection.
