Shipping

Can I pick up my order?

Any order you place on CKitchen will be transported by a commercial carrier to its intended location. We do not allow customers to pick up orders from warehouses or the locations of our vendors for logistical, safety, and/or security reasons.

Can a shipping firm with which I already have an account transport my order?

Yes, your carrier's account number must be entered once the order is placed.

Can I request a specific time for my order delivery?

Requesting a Call Ahead allows you to set up a delivery appointment by having the carrier call you roughly 24 hours before the anticipated arrival of your product. Fees can apply. The transit time for your order may increase by one day if you do choose this option. The normal delivery window is 4 hours; however, depending on the carrier and shipment location, this may fluctuate.

For deliveries to residential and companies with specific hours, you can opt for "Call Before Delivery". Fees can apply.

If a delivery appointment is scheduled with the carrier, and you're unable to accept delivery, you will be liable for any re-delivery fees. In case you opt for a time-sensitive delivery or want to shorten the standard 4-hour timeframe, there will be extra charges.

Is it possible to ship orders to multiple locations?

Please be aware that we cannot divide an order to ship to several addresses. However, you can place multiple orders, each shipping to its own location.

Is a liftgate required for my shipment?

You will require a liftgate and must choose this option at the time of purchase if you don't have access to a forklift or elevated loading dock to unload your items of purchase from the delivery truck. The cost of the liftgate is included in the "Common Carrier w/ Liftgate" option. If a liftgate needs to be added after an order has been delivered, a higher fee might be charged. A re-delivery cost may be charged in addition to the liftgate fee if delivery cannot be completed because a liftgate was not chosen at checkout. In certain cases, to save further carrier expenses, we will email you about the applicable fees and, if necessary, the card on file will be charged.

A truck-level loading dock will be necessary if an item is too big or heavy to fit via a lift gate, such as a large outdoor display merchandiser or walk-in freezers. You can get in touch with our Customer Service Team if you require assistance or have any further queries.

Do you provide international shipping?

We can ship to freight forwarders situated in the United States, but you must open an account with the freight forwarder before placing the order. Separate from our shipping and handling fees, freight forwarders will charge extra for their services. We are unable to load customer containers straight out of our warehouse sites. The prices listed on our website are all in US dollars. You can provide us with a carrier account number for ground shipping. Custom's fees are the customers responsibilities.

Do you ship to Canada?

We can ship to freight forwarders situated in the United States, but you must open an account with the freight forwarder before placing the order. Separate from our shipping and handling fees, freight forwarders will charge extra for their services. We are unable to load customer containers straight out of our warehouse sites. How do I calculate the cost to ship my order?

Before we collect payment from you, we will confirm with manufacturer if there are any additional shipping charges. If there are, we will notify you of the amount and ask you for approval prior to processing your order. Limited access fees may apply to schools, churches, construction sites, correctional facilities, please contact us for further information.

Do you ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes?

Currently, we cannot ship to PO, APO/FPO, or Viabox boxes. A street address is required to complete the delivery of your order. The shipping company will either perform final delivery at the nearest shipping terminal or return the item to us if they consider your address to be unreachable for delivery. Fees will apply.

My order never arrived, despite it being marked as delivered? What should I do?

If such a situation does occur, finding your shipments is our priority, and we will work with the carrier to do so. Please contact us immediately if your order has been marked as delivered despite not arriving. We will locate your shipment as soon as we are informed and given the proper instructions. Please note that traces with ground carriers may take 1-3 business days and dock checks with the carrier may take 3-5 business days to complete. If your package is found, delivery to your location will resume.

Some item(s) from my ground order are missing. What should I do?

If any part of your order is missing, you must sign indicating shortage and must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, so we can find a solution for you.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Do you charge for restocking?

Yes, if you wish to return an item that is not damaged which you ordered by mistake or no longer want, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the manufacturer. If your return is approved, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The restocking fee varies by brand.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

It is possible to exchange most items. However, special and custom orders may not be exchangable. Please contact us for assistance.

Are product installations included in the product purchase?

How do I check the status of my order?

To track your order’s status:
Select at the ‘Account & Orders’ dropdown menu on the top right corner of the CKitchen homepage.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Will CKitchen keep me updated about my order?

CKitchen will send order updates to your registered email address. You can also access the ‘Orders’ section of your account by clicking on orders under the ‘Account & Orders’ dropdown menu on the CKitchen homepage to track your order status. Also, if you require a 24-hour notice before delivery, fees may apply, please let us know by informing our customer service representatives after placing your order.

How do I know that the unit I’ve ordered is in stock?

To know whether an item is in stock:
Visit the item’s page on the CKitchen website.
Navigate to the ‘Check Availability’ button on the right-hand side of the page and click on it.
A new window will open requesting you to enter the relevant information.
Click on ‘Submit’ and our representative will get back to you at the earliest to let you know about product availability.

I received an item that does not match the model I ordered, what do I do?

If you think you’ve received an incorrect order, please reach out to our customer service representatives at the earliest. Take a picture of the product you received and email it to customer service. Please maintain the product in its original condition and in an unused state within its original packaging.

Will all the items I ordered arrive in a single shipment?

If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in different shipments based on their availability. You can stay updated about all your orders by tracking your orders’ status. To do so, access the ‘Orders’ section of your account by clicking on orders under the ‘Account & Orders’ dropdown menu on the CKitchen homepage.

How to add items to my shopping cart?

When you are on the product page and selected an item you would like to purchase, just click the "Buy Now" button, then select the options you need, the warranty and the product will automatically be added to your shopping cart.

How to find the items I want to purchase?

There are several ways to find the product you are interested in: 1. Perhaps you have a link to the page of the product you are interested in, then simply pasting it into the browser line and clicking on it will immediately take you to the page of the product you need. 2. If you know the type of product, brand, any parameters, then you can specify them in our Search system, which is located just below the My account login icon, as a result you will receive a list of products respectively. your request. 3. What is CKitchen's policy on delivery times and delivery issues?

Delivery times are provided as an estimate by the manufacturers. We will provide you with an approximate ship date as well as tracking when its made available to us.
Expedited shipping is available on orders that can ship via UPS or Fedex ground. If you are interested please let us know so we can get those additional costs for you.

Free freight shipments are available on certain brands. Free freight is limited to commercial addresses and doesn't include liftgate or inside delivery.


Residential Delivery: Residential delivery is the option for deliveries to residential addresses at an additional $50 shipping charge.

Additional Tips: On the day of the delivery please do not sign the delivery receipt without fully inspecting both the inside and the outside of the packaging. If there's any damage we recommend refusing the delivery.
DO NOT sign for damaged products.
Record unusual signs on the packaging, if any.
Check for damage and take a picture.
Mark the product 'possible concealed damage, subject to further inspection' if you accept the product but are suspicious of potential damage. Please note that you must indicate that you require a liftgate prior to placing the order. If you requested liftgate and on the date of the delivery it is not provided, please, let us know, so that we can reimburse you.

How can I place an order if I’m using the financing option?

Here are the steps to follow if you’re utilizing the financing option:

How can I place an order if I’m paying by check, wire transfer, or ACH?

To pay by check, ACH, or wire transfer, your order amount must be over $500. Here’s how you can proceed if your preferred payment method is via check:

Add all items to the cart
Proceed to the billing method using the prompts
Select the ‘Check (by mail)’ option to pay by check
Your order will then be placed on hold
You will receive an email from CKitchen with an invoice and the details about where to send the payment
Avoid sending the payment before placing your order
Orders will be processed after payments have cleared
While certified checks do not come with holding periods, personal checks are held for 7 days after they’re processed while they clear

If your chosen payment method is a wire transfer, you should:

Add all items to the cart
Proceed to the billing method using the prompts
Select the ‘Wire transfer’ option to pay by wire transfer
Your order will then be placed on hold
You will receive an email from CKitchen with the details about where to send the payment and an invoice
Make the payment using your wire transfer service

Does CKitchen accept purchase orders?

CKitchen does accept purchase orders. We do offer the Net 30 payment option through a third-party firm. To apply for Net 30 orders it must be a minimum amount of $1000 and shipped to a commercial business address. To select this payment method, you can proceed to the payment section of your order and click on ‘Net 30’ from the listed options. Do you accept orders over the phone or through fax?

CKitchen does not accept orders over the phone and by fax. Customers must place all orders using our secure website.

CKitchen does not offer product samples. We recommend our customers to purchase items in smaller pack sizes, subject to availability, instead of making a bulk order. Occasionally, our partnering manufacturers may send samples of selected products. However, they are only available to commercial customers. You may contact our Sales department to check if a sample request can be sent to the manufacturer for the item(s) you are interested in purchasing.

Do you sell used or second-hand equipment?

What does the button "request a quote for your price" next to each item mean?

CKitchen's staff can provide you with detailed quotes and estimates on all your commercial cooking requirements. We offer quotes for bulk purchases that are suited to your specific needs. After you fill out our request form, our experts will connect with you to give you a detailed estimate that suits your aspirations for your restaurant.

The various sections of your account's details can be found on the left-hand side of the page.
You can find several details like your shipping addresses, orders, reviews, tickets, shopping carts, wallet activity wishlists, reviews, tax-exempt statuses, and your browsing history.
You can update relevant information in each of these sections and save them for future use.

How do I register for a CKitchen account?

To register an account on CKitchen:

I've forgotten my password. How can I reset it?

To reset your CKitchen account password:
