This is a tremendous addition to our kitchen. We've had it for a little while and it's a true workhorse. We haven't had any issues. It is extremely easy to use. Oven packs a lot of power. Griddle is perfection. Doesn't take a lot to keep it clean as well.

The product was shipped in amazing condition. No damage and it's working really well. Customer service is also exceptional. We had a problem with one part of the range, but it was handled right away. CKitchen and Southbend were both very professional.
