(QUICK-SHIP) Star-Max® Commercial Deep Fryer, electric, countertop, 15 lb. capacity, single stainless steel frypot, twin baskets, snap action thermostat with hi-limit safety, separate on/off switch, heavy duty knobs, stainless steel exterior, 4" legs, cULus, UL EPH Classified, Made in USA
Standard Features:
- Durable, heavy-duty metal knobs
- Kettles are easily removable for straining
- Safety thermostat to avoid potentially dangerous temperatures
- Removable Fryer baskets allowing for easy rotation and cleaning
- Compact design Countertop Fryer for maximum cooking while using minimal counter space
- Snap-action thermostats provide responsive temperature control from 200°F (93°C) to 375°F (191°C)
- Immersion-type heating elements provide even heat distribution and swing up for simple maintenance

Kudos to CKitchen for the fast and safe delivery. The fryer came in perfect condition and we were able to use it immediately. It looks really well made and should be able to handle regular heavy use
