Star-Max® Commercial Deep Fryer, electric, countertop, 15 lb. capacity, single stainless steel frypot, twin baskets, snap action thermostat with hi-limit safety, separate on/off switch, heavy duty knobs, stainless steel exterior, 4" legs, cULus, UL EPH Classified, Made in USA
Standard Features:
- Durable, heavy-duty metal knobs
- Kettles are easily removable for straining
- Safety thermostat to avoid potentially dangerous temperatures
- Removable Fryer baskets allowing for easy rotation and cleaning
- Compact design Countertop Fryer for maximum cooking while using minimal counter space
- Snap-action thermostats provide responsive temperature control from 200°F (93°C) to 375°F (191°C)
- Immersion-type heating elements provide even heat distribution and swing up for simple maintenance

This is my third 515F Star-Max Fryer our restaurant is 30 years old and second one was fine nothing wrong just old I want a new that’s all.

I had high expectations for this fryer and I'm very happy to say that it shattered them all once we finally got our hands on it. It's incredible especially for the size, it works like a charm. Would highly recommend it!
