The TST-72SD-30-N-SL Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Mega Top Unit is a three-door model with 23 cu. ft. of easily organized storage space thanks to three included stainless steel shelves. The interior of these cabinets is kept at a constant 33°F to 39°F to keep food nice and fresh. The cold bunker at the top of the unit has 30 ⅙-size pans that are 4” deep allowing for a large variety of various salad or sandwich ingredients to be organized and accessed easily. Items in the cold bunker maintain a constant temperature below 41°F to meet NSF requirements, even with the lids open. This is achieved with powerful cold airflow that moves all around the pan area. The insulated slide-back lids of the cold bunker are removable for easy cleaning or to reveal all the ingredients.

A ⅜ HP compressor utilizing R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant which is eco-friendly. This model features Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser. It uses a rotating brush that regularly cleans a fine mesh filter in front of the condenser, this doesn’t allow dust to buildup which keeps the heat exchange of the refrigeration system free-flowing and running as efficiently as possible.

Standard 115v/60/-1ph electricity is used to power this prep table and it requires 9.9 amps of current at full load. A 9-ft long power cable and 4” swivel casters are included.
