The Beverage Air BB72HC-1-FG-S-27 Refrigerated Food Rated Back Bar Storage Cabinet comes in an eye-catching stainless steel finish that not only looks great now but will maintain its looks for years to come. The matching stainless steel top on this model isn’t just for cosmetics and will stand up to daily use with no problem. A total of 19.92 cu. ft. of cold storage capacity is offered by this unit. The interior is food rated but can be used to store three ½ kegs.
The stainless steel interior is simple to clean and maintain while allowing open food products to be stored inside it safely. Organizing items and maximizing the usability of the space is made easy with six epoxy-coated shelves. To keep the doors from being left open accidentally they are self-closing. To keep the doors’ seals airtight magnetic door gaskets are included. When workers need to access multiple items they can activate the stay-open feature allowing them to use both hands. Forced-air refrigeration allows this unit to rapidly cool products in a balanced fashion to get them nice and cool and ready to serve.
The unit's epoxy-coated evaporator keeps the interior between 36ºF and 38ºF reliably with minimal maintenance while fully electronic controls keeps power consumption and stress on the refrigeration system to a minimum. ⅓ BTU/hr of cooling potential is provided by the self-contained refrigeration system with a ⅓ HP compressor. The refrigeration system can be mounted on either the left or right. The refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets all environmental standards. The unit is kept free of frost by an automatic non-electric defrost function that keeps downtime to a minimum.
To connect this back bar refrigerator to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet an 8’ power cable comes pre-wired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
