Aside from reliable refrigeration, the Beverage Air BB72HC-1-F-GS-S-27 Refrigerated Food Rated Back Bar Storage Cabinet features clear glass doors that provide a clear view of the available products. With 19.92 cu. ft. of food rated refrigerated storage that can accommodate three ½ kegs, this back bar refrigerator has plenty of space. It also has a durable stainless steel top that was purpose-built to stand up to the rigors of everyday commercial use.
The sliding glass doors have a self-closing feature to maintain the interior temperature with as little power as necessary. When restocking or accessing multiple items users can activate the stay-open feature so they can use both hands effectively. The interior comes with a total of six epoxy-coated shelves to organize items and maximize the use of available space in the open food certified stainless steel interior. The LED interior lighting is much more reliable than other lighting solutions while providing plenty of light. Products inside this back bar refrigerator can be quickly cooled with the balanced forced-air refrigeration system.
This back bar refrigerator has a side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system that provides efficient cooling with a ⅓ HP compressor that produces 1942 BTU/hr of cooling. The refrigeration system can be on the left or right based on your installation needs. The fully electronic controls keep the interior between 36ºF and 38ºF as efficiently as possible while an epoxy-coated evaporator makes sure heat is exchanged reliably with minimal service. To meet all environmental regulations this unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that minimizes negative effects on the atmosphere. An automatic non-electric defrost system provides convenience and minimizes downtime.
The unit is easy to attach to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power source with its factory wired 8’ power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug set.
