With a 25.75" plancha at the top and a standard oven at the base, this 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range is a powerful and versatile addition to any kitchen. Constructed to handle the tougher tasks, this unit has stainless steel front, sides, rear, exterior bottom, and 6" legs, which are even adjustable to accommodate uneven floors.

The front two-thirds of the plancha can reach temperatures as high as 800 degrees Fahrenheit, so you can sear meats and other foods quickly. The rear one-third of the plate operates at lower temperatures so you can finish the seared food. The plancha comes with a half-inch thick reinforced steel, heated by cast-iron burners that have excellent heat retention. The plate is slightly raised so you can get to the cooking surface faster when cleaning. There are splash guards around the rear and sides of the plancha to contain splashes or spills while the front is a 5" deep rail that serves as a clearance between the user and the cooktop. Maintenance is made even simpler by the 3" wide collection tray and the removable high-capacity stainless steel grease drawer.

The standard oven on this commercial range is powered by a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot. It is supplied with two (2) racks that can be set in five positions. To help you achieve your desired results, you can set the specific temperature using the thermostat controls, which have a temperature range of 175 degrees to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven interior is porcelain enamel so grime and grease can be easily spotted and scrubbed off.

The lining and burner box are fully insulated so the operation stays as efficiently as possible. The 5" stainless steel flue riser pulls the heat and smoke from the unit away from the user and towards the ventilation hood to keep the kitchen safe and cool.
