A charbroiler and a standard oven in one, this 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range packs a lot of power and functionality in a single footprint. The stainless steel front, sides, exterior, bottom, and adjustable legs also make it a sturdy piece of equipment that can handle day-to-day rigors.

Able to reach temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit, the charbroiler comes with four (4) burners that deliver a total of 80,000 BTU. The stainless steel radiants disperse the heat across the cast-iron grates, which can be adjusted and removed to suit your cooking needs. The cast iron is heat-retaining, which cuts down recovery and preheat time in between sessions.

The 45,000 BTU standard oven has a standing pilot and a temperature range of 175 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. With the thermostatic controls, you can set the specific temperature for each recipe. There are two (2) racks to hold a large amount of food and the cooking chamber is large enough to fit sheet pans in any direction. The interior is made of porcelain enamel, which creates a smooth surface where you can easily spot and remove grime.

The lining and burner box are fully insulated for excellent cooking efficiency. The 5" stainless steel flue riser clears the space of heat and smoke produced by the unit by diverting it towards the ventilation hood.
