Platinum Heavy Duty Range, gas, 32", (1) 16" hot top, (1) 16" charbroiler, cast iron grates, manual controls, (1) cabinet base, stainless steel radiants, front, sides, exterior bottom & 6" adjustable legs, 80,000 BTU, CSA, NSF


Looking for a hot top and a charbroiler? This 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range has both plus a stainless steel cabinet base. This 80,000 BTU unit has stainless steel-constructed front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" adjustable legs for long-lasting durability.

The charbroiler can reach temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The stainless steel radiants ensure heat is evenly distributed across the cast-iron grates, which retain heat well to speed up recovery and preheat. These grates can also be removed and adjusted so you can tailor the setup to your recipe. A  removable drip tray is included to save you time and labor on maintenance. The hot top comes with removable steel plates that can reach temperatures as high as 700 degrees Fahrenheit.  

This commercial range operates efficiently with the help of the fully insulated lining and burner box. The 5" stainless steel flue riser helps remove all the heat and smoke produced by the cooktop by drawing it away from users and towards your ventilation hood.

Construction

  • Exterior Finish: Front, sides, rear and exterior bottom constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. 
  • Front Rail: 9-1/4" deep front rail. 
  • Flue Riser: 5" high stainless steel flue riser 
  • Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a coverplate over the end of the front manifold). 
  • Legs: 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard. 
  • Model 32C: Stainless steel cabinet base with two removable doors that open from the center.
