Southbend P32N-GRAD Description
This heavy-duty commercial gas range lets you add a 62,000 BTU graduated hot on top of a counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base. The unit comes with stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom, for long-lasting durability and easy cleaning.
The graduated hot top on this commercial range is powered by a 62,000 BTU burner with a high-low setting. It features removable stainless steel plates that can reach temperatures of up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit at the center. The front is a 9.25" deep rail that provides extra space. The lining and burner box are fully insulated for maximum efficiency. The 5" stainless steel flue riser drives the heat and smoke from the cooktop away from the user and towards the ventilation hood instead.
