Boasting 175,000 BTU, this 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range features a 16" hot top at the rear of the cooktop and two (2) Signature Pyromax burners at the front while the base is a 45,000 BTU standard oven, making it a versatile and reliable piece of cooking equipment for any kitchen. Designed to keep up with the rigors of everyday commercial use, this unit features stainless steel front, sides, and 6" legs, which are adjustable for convenient and safe installation on uneven flooring.

Each burner delivers 45,000 BTU and is fitted with a removable welded steel top grate for excellent durability and easy cleaning. They have a clog-free design, overflow liquids and food debris that fall into the burner can be cleaned easily without blocking the gas flow. The hot top is powered by two (2) 20,000 BTU burners that heat the removable steel plates at temperatures as high as 700 degrees Fahrenheit. A 9.25" deep front rail runs the width of the cooktop, which creates a clearance between the user and the unit while also providing additional convenient space.

Operating at a temperature range of 175 degrees Fahrenheit and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the standard oven with a standing pilot comes with two (2) racks and a large porcelain enamel interior that can fit sheet pans in either direction. The "Insta-On" thermostat lets you set the exact temperature so you can be confident of the quality of the baked dishes that come out of the oven.

This commercial range has a fully insulated lining and burner box for excellent working efficiency. The 5" stainless steel flue riser diverts the heat and smoke produced by the unit away from the user and towards the ventilation hood.
